Leucanthemum x superbum Snow Lady
Snow Lady is a dwarf,
growing to only 12in and covering herself with single
daisies of purest white for fully 3 months beginning in
June. She's an ideal choice for the front of any border
where a long season of bloom is required.
The best-known
Chrysanthemum plants are the festive hybrids whose
sensational bloom is among the brightest in the fall garden.
But the same genus also includes one of the showiest and
most reliable perennials for the summer garden, the Shasta
Daisy (C. x superbum). At peak bloom, plants produce
a mass of daisies so clean and white, they compete in
brilliance with the sun. All they require is good rich soil
and lots of sun. When you want white daisies, this is where
you look.
