Cultivars will not come true from seed. The clump can be dug up and divided in the spring. Grow in a sunny spot where the soil is fertile and well drained. Periodically after initial bloom, remove the flower stems down to the new growth at the base. This will encourage more flowers and give the plant better vigor.
