How to Place an Order

Order online . . . Items may be easily and securely purchased online by selecting the button next to each item. Quantities may be changed any time before final checkout.

Telephone orders . . . Orders may be placed 365 days a year by dialing 406-846-2304. Orders may be placed at any time between the hours of:

  • 1pm to 9pm Monday through Friday (MST)
  • 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday (MST)

Please be sure to include a personal or business check1, money order or credit card information; to include credit card type, number, expiration date, exact name as it appears on the card, billing address and phone number.

  • Orders paid by cash, check or money order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 10 days of placing the order.

Shipping and Handling

As the cost of fuel continues to affect everyone, shipping venders have recently raised their rates.  Unfortunately, this can happen more frequently than normal and we cannot absorb the amount. We attempt to ship as cost effectively as possible and will do our best to keep shipping and handling rates as reasonable as possible.

Fast and Convenient Delivery . . . We know your order is important. That's why most orders are shipped from our premises the same day. And depending on your location, your order will arrive at your door within 2 to 7 business days. If you choose, you may also have an order shipped to another address.

  • Please note that live plant goods are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time for your region.  Normal shipping times for these products are usually from April through September pending availability, weather conditions and associated plant growth variables.

Shipping and handling 1,2. . . Orders will be shipped via the quickest means possible - usually in the manner requested - pending order size and weight. Circle H Growers may determine to ship orders by alternate means which may save on shipping expenses.

Items which may be heavy or bulky and require an additional freight charge are identified as such. In this instance, shipping charges may be above the standard charges appearing on your email invoice2 and will be added to the final statement.

Customers will receive email confirmation regarding shipment of their orders.

Circle H Growers would like to remind customers that the larger your order, the heavier it will be and would suggest shipping via UPS ground to save on shipping charges if this is feasible.

Express Delivery 1. . . The fastest delivery. When you order by 12pm MST, Monday-Thursday, your order will usually ship that same day. You may have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Delivery3.

  • 2nd Day Air requests will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday in order to guarantee delivery
  • Next Day Air requests will only be shipped Monday-Thursday for guaranteed delivery. Please call or email for this service.

Orders placed during the weekend will usually be shipped on Monday, pending federal holidays.

1 Circle H Growers attempts to have your order delivered as soon as possible. However, Circle H Growers is not responsible for misdirected, slow or late shipments due to weather or circumstances beyond our control once the carrier assumes responsibility.

2 Shipping charges stated on your email invoice are not necessarily accurate at all times. Circle H Growers makes every effort to be certain correct and necessary measures are taken to ensure proper S&H charges.

3 Any Express Delivery service only applies to the 48 contiguous States. Extra shipping charges apply for this service.

Plant Shipping Information

  • Live plant goods are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time for your region
  • Accessories and hard goods will be processed, packed and shipped promptly
  • Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to ship
  • Your order may arrive in separate boxes

To most areas of the United States, we offer several shipping methods:

  • USPS Priority
  • USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
  • UPS Overnight
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS Ground

Please note that rates for shipping charges are not necessarily accurate at all times. S&H charges may seem overly excessive as order total amounts must encompass all products sold by Circle H Growers. Depending upon the quantity of items ordered and weight, your order will ship via the quickest means possible - USPS Priority or UPS. Circle H Growers makes every effort to be certain correct and necessary measures are taken to ensure proper S&H charges. In any case, if shipping charges do appear excessive, and at times they may be calculated as such, Circle H Growers will adjust the S&H prior to charging your credit card account. The correct S&H fees will be shown on your order invoice.

Note: All orders must be shipped by air to Alaska. An additional charge for air freight may apply.

Restrictions and Quarantines inside the 48 Contiguous United States
Due to state quarantines, we may be unable to ship certain varieties of plant and bulb material to some states. These restrictions are issued by individual State Agricultural Departments and not by Circle H Growers. Individual state quarantines and restrictions are noted in the product description for each product, where applicable.

Restrictions and Quarantines outside the 48 Contiguous United States
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee successful results of plant material shipped outside of the 48 Contiguous States. Some items may be shipped at your own risk, meaning that your purchases will not be covered by our guarantee, though experienced gardeners may still have successful results.

At this time we cannot ship live plant material outside the areas specifically stated below due to national and international agricultural restrictions. These general restrictions are not noted in the individual product descriptions. If you are placing an order to be shipped to an address outside of the 48 Contiguous United States:

  • We can ship bulbs and plants to Alaska at your own risk
  • We are unable to ship live plant material to Hawaii at this time
  • We are unable to ship live plant material to Canada at this time

We ship only the finest garden products – strong, healthy and in peak condition. If your plant has received our recommended care and still does not perform to your satisfaction, please let us know within 60 days of receipt, and we will replace it free of charge, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

All plants must have been ordered based on our hardiness zone recommendations. Damage due to natural causes, weather, personal negligence or otherwise, or conditions beyond our control is not applicable.

Substitutions
If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Product Returns

Circle H Growers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund for product purchases. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. In the event your order arrives damaged or you need to return/exchange an item, please review the information below.

So Circle H Growers can make an exchange or process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you let us know why you are returning an item. A handy check-list form is accessible below. To use it, simply print out this page, check off the reasons that apply, fill in the necessary information and include a copy with your return. Don't forget to include your receipt or a copy of your receipt.

How To Return An Item
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.*

For your protection, return the product via:

  • UPS, prepaid and insured
  • U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured

Retain your UPS or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, refund, or a replacement.

 * It's very important that your package returns as securely as possible to avoid any damage to the product. The returned package(s) should be prepaid and insured for your protection. Unfortunately, credits will not be issued for merchandise which is damaged due to improper packing. Sorry, Circle H Growers can not accept any C.O.D.'s.
