Warranty, Damage, Returns

All Rustic Furniture comes with a MANUFACTURERS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.  If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you.  To obtain warranty service, the consumer must deliver the product or part to the below address at their expense.  A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work.

All our other products come with a limited ONE YEAR WARRANTY.  If any product is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you.  To obtain warranty service, the consumer must deliver the product or part to the below address at their expense.  A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work.

The above warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or part by anyone other than the manufacturer.  Physical abuse to, or misuse of, the product or use or assembly thereof in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions.

Freight Damage...Customers should fully inspect every shipment received before signing any bill of lading.  All damages incurred during shipping must be claimed with the carrier.  If you incur any damages during shipping please contact us at 866-846-3215 or email info@pbench.com for instructions.

Return Policy...To receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to return.  All packages must be labeled with that authorization number.  All merchandise returned for customer convenience is subject to a 30% restock fee.  Please call 866-846-3215 or email info@pbench.com to request a return authorization number.
